Misc SSRI with Focalin

Hi

I've been taking 20 mg fluoextine for the past 2-3 months. I started on 10 mg daily and moved up to 20 mg daily after around two weeks. I have heard that combining SSRI's like fluoxetine with stimulants/ADD medications like Focalin can lead to serotonin syndrome, but I have seen a number of people that take both together as directed by their doctors. Would combining 20 mg fluoxetine with 10 mg Focalin be a risky move?

Do you have any history of seizures? And what kinds of drugs do you use?

No history of seizures, I use marijuana caffeine and nictotine
