Spanish or Bulgarian language drug forums?

Hello,
I have a friend who does not speak English. He asked if I could point him to any Bulgarian or Spanish language drug forums. This man uses research chemicals and I was hoping I could give him some information resources so that he could use a bit more safely. Does anyone know any forums in those languages, or general sites with up-to-date info?

Only one I am familiar with is Energy Control which is a well-respected Spanish-language drug info and harm reduction site. No idea about Bulgarian sites, I'm afraid.
