Stimulants Some advice please

Hey so this is my first time posting a thread so I apologize if this is the wrong spot or if my thread isn't too exciting but I could use some advice.... So I used meth every few hours yesterday and my roa is iv. The last shot yesterday had my heart racing pretty fast, and I mean fast even for being on meth. My question is around 4 this morning I hate a pizza and almost a whole bag of donuts drank Gatorade and some milk. I fell asleep. I woke up at 9 something this morning. My heart is still beating fast but other than that I feel fine.... Is it okay to take a shot of meth, like that big first shot of the day kind of shot. I just really want to do a shot, yall think I'd be straight?
 
I personally wouldn't, and I enjoy my meth a hell of a lot.
How much are you slamming at a time ?
& What flavour were the donuts ?
