Which muscle relaxer works better for menstrual cramps, ladies?

They both are good muscle relaxants. If I had to choose, I would go with soma. It seems to work better for that sort of pain.

Despite how my name sounds I am in fact female. I agree that soma does a better job than tizanidine. I've been on each of them long term. Soma is also mor consistent and the tranquilizing effect dissipates more rapidly affect commencing IMO. On a side note heat works well-there are instant heat patches designed specifically for them.

I've just always have had horrible cramps and Tizadine is ok, it just knocks me out, but somas mellow me out and don't put me to sleep unless I take like 3. Thanks for your input!
