Misc Sodium Nitrite and GABA moist!

Hi
I got some very small ammounts (20g each) of nitrite and gaba that are so moist that they cake together. This makes measuring out the correct ammoutns impossible. How do you dry them without damaging them?

Heat?
Vacuum?
Silica gel?
Molecular sieves?

I've searched but found no good sources and I have not found any thread here that would be appropriate for asking this.
