I was searching for some legal and easy accesible SNDRi (serotonin+noradrenalin+dopamine reuptake inhibitory).
After reading about not yet available chinese SNDRI and many candidates acting on mu opi. receptor, I had an idea.
TRAMADOL HCL : It Is SNRI, It raise dopamine by at least two ways (one of then Is, well, being an opioid). So we already can use 50mg IR x 4 or 100mg SR x2 of tramadol as readily available, fast acting SNDRi-like substance as a great psychiatric medication.
With every 50mg dose combined with 2,5mg diazepam or 100mg dose combined with 5,0mg diazepam, it should'nt cause seizures and it will also act as an fast-acting SNDRI antidepresive agent with analgesic and anxiolytic properties.
Why they never marketed tramadol for treatment of depresiion / anxiety ?
