Not a fan of THC during come up, peak, comedown is fine, before sleep, or next day.
With the effects of terpenes, and different cannabinoids, I imagine it's best to buy a " relaxing blend" for more relaxing and a energizing blend for a more pick me up but I don't even know if these are correct, as I don't know how other cannabinoid s work .
