Small Business owners, do you use CRM?

I am looking for advice on which CRMs to choose. I have never had a CRM, but right now I would use it to track business contacts and product testers. If there are other features to consider in choosing a CRM?

It depends on your business model. At our work we use SalesForce. It really useful when you have lots of clients/leads and need to store more information about them. We hired consultants at https://www.keynodesolutions.com to help build SF to work how it needs to and provide ongoing support and maintenance. SF is one of the best CRMs, our company started using it a few months ago.
