simple cheap mdma synthisis

my friends a bit of a doomsday prepper and thinks that chaos and anarchy will come to America soon and would wanna do mdma for comfort if anarchy hits so hes wants to know a simple easy and cheap way to synthasize mdma. he knows that if its simple and cheap it wont be too pure so he wants to know the effect/side effects/dangers of everything else in it and how much to OD. he also wants to have an understanding of what hes doing so please explain what your doing chemicly in each step. thanks.
