Shrooms and LSD never work for me, UNLESS...

I add a dose of DXM, around 400-600mg. it can be six to eight hours after I've taken the shrooms or LSD, and as long as I take a slightly large dose of DXM, the shrooms or acid will start to take full effect, even eight hours after i've originally take the dose of acid or shrooms!! . without the dxm, absolutely zero effect whatsoever. This happens every single time. What is the deal? (for those wondering, I buy Robotussin Cough Gels because they contain only dextromorphan, nothing else)

Yeah don't get me wrong, but taken at face value this doesn't make any sense. If you're not getting any effects from your shrooms and LSD, I'd question their legitimacy. Do you know what doses you're taking? Can you get some Ehrlich's reagent and test some of your LSD next time?
