Shooting nasal spray K

Is it sake to inject (IV) a ketamine nasal spray solution. AS FAR AS i know it only contains K, sterile water, honey essence for flavor only, and a pharmaceutical grade nasal anti-irritant? I am aware of mg/kg standards.
