I want to explain what a God is. Many people, whether Atheist or not, want the explanation of some magic man or conscious being that somehow controls the universe or has created the universe and its circumstances. He would also supposedly be either active or observant. But if that is the God you are looking for, then you are not Atheist, you are AChristian, or AIslam, or AJewish. Basically, Anti-Abrahamic. But there are various other religions.

Shiva can be seen here and now in the world. When you smoke Marijuana you feel something. These Molecules have evolved into these plants over time for certain reasons, the main reason a plant would contain something that effects other people is a self defense mechanism, but it is theorized that THC has developed to keep water off of the flowers. In Hindu Tradition Shiva gave Marijuana to the world as a gift. In India and Bengladesh and a few other countries, there are people known as Sadhus. They are Yogis and they keep the community closely connected. They are the Marijuana priests. Every year on Holi everyone in India drinks Marijuana hash known as Charas. Marjuana is knows as Bhang.

Shiva is not some abstract concept in the sky. Shiva is the community that is created by and who cares for the Bhang plant. Shiva is the Lord of the Dance, the feeling that makes you dance or when many people come together to Dance, that is Shiva.

Matijuana Creates Jobs

Marijuana creates jobs.
Not only does it create a place where people go to buy Marijuana, which involves front desks staff, budtenders in the main room, and people rolling joints and making hash, as well as sometimes people making glass items. But also trimmers, who will travel, for example, from Texas to California just to trim buds. Then there is an entire industry that pops up around it. The glass making, seed sales, hash making, edible making (brownies, ice cream, candy, etc), vaporizer sales, vape oil hash making, Marijuana breeding, fertilizer making and sales, HPS and CFL light sales, hydroponic farming sales, regular agricultural sales (bone meal, blood meal, compost, etc), festivals, etc etc etc.

It is the demand, that the cannabis industry fills that demand, that really create jobs.

Agreed, police are better used against the more destructive substances. Not sure about growing Mary Jane in prisons, though...ironic as it would be, the necessary renovations probably wouldn't be cost effective.
