shake vs skunk

so ive been thinking a lot recently about the shake (low grade/mids) vs skunk debate. i get bad paranoia and anxiety when i smoke skunk socially. but i love it when im on my own. will smoking shake help with this? ive thought about getting both, smoking shake for social occassions and saving the skunk for when im chilling out on my own. anyone else get social anxiety from smoking? if so, has smoking shake instead of skunk ever helped with that?

I prefer to solo dolo most of the time as well, but I have general rules when smoking with others. There are of course exceptions like 420 where excess is expected.

For the Scavenger Smoker, sure give them the snicklefrits/shake/whathaveyou. But for that special someone, give her that good.
