Hey just wondering if anyone out there would know best way to separate water from gbl.We had a breakage and it soaked into cardboard,so we have estimated about 100ml of gbl lost and we thought soak the cardboard in distilled water but then could we just vap it of at temps just under boiling for water or would we loose heaps .?

GBL would dissolve cellulose and perhaps glues in cardboard so id be wary in drinking GBL that was recovered from it.
