Sealed liquor bottle missing liquid?

I bought 5 and 1 was missing a sip/ a shot. Clearly the one on the left is missing some. Would you drink this?

Probably a bottling error. If the cap is unbroken, I really doubt there was any tampering. It literally could have been the last bottle in the batch, and it was short 20ml or so.

If it bothers you that much, toss it.
