How on Earth could 13 grams of Go-Go which is solid could be found /extracted in 15ml of a liquid that came from the Kool Aid put in a water Bong ?? Facing Felony charges please help with some knowledge on this please. Thanks!!

In some jurisdictions, if any part of a material contains detectable amount of controlled substance, the whole weight can be reported as the controlled drug.

This has been used to fuck over people who possessed LSD before, e.g. the whole weight of the blotter paper is measured and reported as "LSD", turning 1 mg of drug into a charge for possessing 5 grams of LSD.

Get a good lawyer, that should be a paraphernalia charge not a felony drug charge. Go to a detox / rehab and have the letter for the judge, and most likely charges dropped or probation.
