It's better news than you think!
We are excited to announce the migration of Bluelight to new hardware in a new datacenter. Preparations are beginning this week as we transfer the data. Currently, our planned cut over to the new system is scheduled for Sunday, January 13, 2008. While we do not anticipate any difficulties, although unexpected issues can arise, we wanted to inform everyone of the possibility Bluelight may be offline 48 to 72 hours. I would expect a minimum of 24 hours of downtime, although the entire migration could take much less time should everything go according to plan. Perhaps the opportunity could be used to go outside for a change.
We appreciate your patience in the matter and hope you will enjoy the increased performance following the migration.
