Sativa v indica

which do you prefer sativa or indica I have never tried indica only sativa and can get my hands on some today. is there much difference in the buzz. I have heard indica makes you more sleepy is this true I am not a big weed smoker and have felt anxiety when smoking sativa will indica be the same. The last time I smoked was last xmas and the blend was the strongest I have smoked. I have some benzos to take with the weed this year so my anxiety levels will be reduced hopefully. can anyone tell me the difference enquiring minds would like to know?

Sativas are typically more mental/less body high, more energetic, and more psychedelic. Indicas are more couchlocky, more pain relieving, and more dulling. At least in my opinion. You can process weed into hash and/or edibles in such a way as to accentuate or reduce these qualities, however.
