I am kind of new here (first account was made in 2002 or 2003, but don't remember the login info.
Anyway, I have some Dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride extended-release 30 mg capsules and was wondering what a good and safe dose would be for these. Have about a bazillion bars so I'm not worried about the comedown. I just have at least papers to write.
Other info: I have a lowish tolerance to stims. I am a guy that weighs about 200lbs.
Anyway advice is greatly appreciated!!!
