safe to take nyquil with hydromorphone?

not trying to get fucked up or knock myself out but have a pretty sore throat that kept me up all night last night so looking for some relief. i take like 4mg hydro insufflated throughout the day so fairly low dosage i guess?

basically regular nyquil just different brand
650mg acetaminophen
20mg dextromethorphan
20mg doxylamine succinate
10mg phenylephrine hydrochloride

or if anybody knows anything else that’ll be good for a sore itchy throat sorry if this question is dumb

Unsure about the answer to this but can you not just take regular Robitussin? Or use cough drops? However, as long as there’s no alcohol in this formulation or a real risk of respiratory depression I think it would be ok. Maybe halve the dose? When was your last dose of the opiate?

yeah that’s what i was thinking, i found some buckley’s which is just acetaminophen and menthol so i think that should be fine. my last dose was like an hour or so ago i think but i think i’ll just use the buckley’s and avoid the nyquil all together just in case
