Safe to donate?

Maybe it's the drugs. But is it safe to donate by credit card? Before I joined this site has been my reference on how to safely try new things. So I'd like to donate to keep it going to help others. Just a little nervous? Help?

And when can I send messages? It's saying 1 every 180 minutes
