Opioids SAFE??? Codeine & Dexamethasone

Is it safe to take codeine (Tylenol 3) while on a steroid (dexamethasone, 4mg)?

Safe, but counterproductive. Opiates suppress testosterone production and throw your endocrine balance way out of whack, so even after one or two uses it will take quite a while before your gains aren't being hurt anymore.

Rio, dexmethasone is a corticosteroid like cortisol, not an anabolic and androgenic steroid like testosterone.

Its fine. Oral surgeons give this combo sometimes.
