Potentiator questions

So let's say I want to take diphenhydramine, tums, naproxen, Tylenol pm, and fish oil pills to poten my Roxycodone (oxycodone without acetaminophen). When do I take those potentiators? Do I swallow them with my opiod or before? Or after? Also is that to many potentiators at once? Please let me know

Usually, before, maybe a half hour, or with it. There are plenty of threads that discuss timing. Tylenol PM and Benadryl work on the same things, taking both wouldn't do anything except make you tired and uncomfortable. As for the naproxen and the fish oil pills? Why would you even bother? Unless you're trying to address actual pain, then an NSAID can be helpful.
