Roxy 20 mg can they be snorted?

I am unable to swallow my meds by mouth so I snort them.. My doctor
Increased my dosage from a 15 mg Roxy to a 20mg but I cannot get it to bust up in my grinder to snort it. Is there a reason that these are different from The 15 mg that I had previously and was able to break down to snort just fine

I have broken pill crushers with fakes but these being from an MD would probably be ER. However those bust for me in the crusher
