I wonder if you mean the pre-roll anxiety/rush. If so, that's generally where the similarity ends. The trajectory that LSD takes is quite different and depending on dose may be many times more intense. There really is little comparison in my opinion. Having said that I often feel personally that LSD has everything that MDMA has, and much, much more.
And I don't feel like my brain is fried or get any kind of come-down.
