Ritalin side effects

I've been using Ritalin in doses of 20-40mg, typically snorted, and really enjoy the effects (mild euphoria, increased focus, decreased anxiety, increased sociability). But I'm not crazy about a few other side effects (increased heart rate, jittery, agitation, clenched jaw, and mild nausea) and of course the comedown sucks. But one side effect in particular really bothers me. My hands and feet get really cold and I sweat a little bit. Is this normal? Or is my body telling me it doesn't like the mph? Should I stop use or lower dosage, or is this not a danger sign?

Pretty normal. Stimulants can cause vasoconstriction and less blood reaches extremeties and they feel cold and sweating and stims go hand in hand. Try lower doses. See what happens.

Could be a sign of hypertension id go to the pharmacy and check your blood pressure if you have hypertension your taking too much
