Stimulants Ritalin - Correct Dosage

Getting some 36mg Concerta Ritalin tablets soon, i'm using it for recreational use but i'm also keen to see how my brain reacts to them because i have been thinking to myself for a while now that i may have a slight form of add/adhd which i haven't ever checked out.

Is 36mg a good starter dose? I could just look up online on other sites but whenever i went to do that all the answers were quite different and were largely varied.

Should i just take the whole thing? Or is it better to do less/more...? Also swallowing, will that be fine or should i crush up into caps or snort...?

If you have used other stimulants take a whole but if you havent take a half.
