firstly, I would advise you to be careful using any recreational drugs if you suffered from any type of psychosis or paranoia. nevertheless, I think most antipsychotics Will suppress the euphoria/energising effects of stimulants like cocaine or amphetamine. they may also enhance the sedative effects of depressant drugs like alcohol, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, Z drugs, antihistamines and opioids. I have no idea how they would affect opioid euphoria, but they can definitely increase the risk of respiratory depression or loss of consciousness in a dangerous manner.
