RCs research chems: what are the upcoming ones? how do people find out about and obtain them?

I hope this is within the posting guidelines. EDIT: yea I think this conforms- RCs aren't prohibited.
a few years ago a friend recommended etiziolam and I tried but the site was down. recently it occured to me again so I googled and apparently that chem has been made a no go. is there a website that tracks substances that are going to be made illegal? Like I would have loved an email notification that all flavored vape juices were going to be made illegal in my state.
Reddit research chems has a no sourcing policy so I cant ask there. Is the procurement of RCs a darkweb thing? how do I find out this stuff? a few years ago when I tried the dark web there was this one wierd text file page that kinda shows you how to get everywhere else. I want that equivalent

This is definitely sourcing. There are spaces on the interwebs that can tell you how to find what you're looking for, but Bluelight isn't it.
