Backstory... I have multiple simple possession, possession of paraphernalia, a DUI conviction, and a pending DUI in CA from 2008.
I want to go to CO and establish residency once I'm off probation. Once I'm a resident, I want to go back to school... eventually getting a PhD in something Neurochemistry related. With my criminal record, should I even bother?
