How long should I believe a report on pillreports? Like if the report was done 6 months ago is it still good?

Not sure what you're trying to say here.
Theres a few ways whether to believe a report or not.
1. Look at the join date of the person, if his an old member then they are usually legit.
2. The comments of other users, people that can confirm they are good etc.
3. Check if they have used test kits on the pill
To answer your question directly,
Its not often you're holding a pill from 6 months ago, so i'd automatically assume its a new batch and have it tested.
Should also ask your source about it, they'd normally know.
