Reducing Causticness of speed paste

So i've got some speed paste which is really caustic and slightly painful when taken sublingually. Will adding lemon juice to it before administering it reduce the PH and lessen these effects? Is there any reason why I shouldn't do this? I don't really want to waste it by taking it orally but i also want to minimize damage to my teeth etc.

it's probably caustic from sloppy synthesis and will probably require more then PH balancing to fix the problem. You most likely need to wash this stuff to get the impurities out.
