Recreational Viagra?

Read some contradictory things on the internet.

Some posts say Viagra won't improve erections if you don't have ED but I've read accounts of people consuming it recreationally and I've talked to people about it in the past.

I just scored a free box. I'm 41 years old. I don't have ED issues or premature ejaculation issues.

Is it dangerous to experiment with it?

I have no interest in consuming it long term. Just curious, really.

...

I'd like to hear from anyone who's consumed it recreationally.

I'd also like to know - specifically - why it's dangerous to consume it if you aren't prescribed the pills.

...

Many thanks. <3

I take it recreationally once or twice a month. I don’t have ED or premature ejaculation. And I’m in my 20s. It really does help sustaining erection - it wouldn’t “give” you erection unless you’re already aroused. I take 50 mg (which is a smaller/starting dose). It’s safe yeah. Just don’t take any other blood pressure reducing medication like beta blockers, etc. when you’re taking viagra because that may lead to extreme hypotension.

Like @ninjapirateroberts has stated, it's a drug that will only help get/sustain erections. It is not going to produce psychological symptoms independent of actual, sexual activity in the way that a drug like Methamphetamine does. In simple terms, it makes it easier for blood to get to your penis. Having sex for longer could certainly be a euphoric experience in its own right, but Sildenafil (Viagra) is not going to produce euphoria or pleasure in its own right.

I’m not saying @Keif' Richards is wrong! I mean I’ve never heard of anyone else getting beneficial stimulating effects from it. But I definitely do! (then again my brain/brain chemistry is kind if “Different”)
Me, too.
Freaks unite (with hardons)!

I actually perform better than ever (I can fuck for hours, I chose when to cum) so that is not what piques my curiosity.

When I was in my early 40's and still fucking multiple times a day, I got some Viagra thrown in free in an order of antibiotics from India.
It gave me zero CNS effects, but my dick got hard when the wind blew. The crack of dawn made me hard, as they say.
Not horny, just got hard very easily.
Twice in one sitting was common at the time, I went beyond that. Just stayed in there and started again like when you were 20, if you remember that.
Anyway it was fun, but no CNS or "sensuous" effects at all like I say.
Wasn't in a big rush to do it again and my lady told me to throw the other one away anyway.

I have heard of a black market where guys will take it to go out partying and want to impress younger women.

Erections are not an issue for me yet, but I have slowed down. Maybe someday I'll try it again.

Yeah my wife doesn't want me to have them. I hold back when I fuck her. I could put her through the wall.

I appreciate the responses on here.
I will probably (?) try one at some point.

LSD seems like a better choice, because it has psychoactive effects and it is incredible for sex. I can't imagine viagra compares to it based on what I've read, but I'm still mildly curious. I'm not convinced it doesn't have psychoactive effects.

As a fair haired person it made me feel really hot and didn't agree with me. Only took one pill and it didn't make me hard. However that's probably cause I wasn't feeling well.

This was years ago. Maybe should try it again now it's legal.

Some notice quite strong effects and some get none, I mean for people without ED. I think maybe those who notice strong effects are somewhere on ED scale? By effects I mean harder dick, not mental effects.

I think viagra and replacements are so popular cuz many (most?) people don’t get their dick as hard as they could anyway be it for mental or physical reasons.

I know lots of younger people with no ED whatsoever who take Viagra and it makes their dick harder more. I'll include myself, trying it in my early 40's.
I might have the beginnings of occasional ED now, 40+ years later. So, if I was on the spectrum, it took over 40 years to begin to manifest.
Viagra enhances nitric oxide, which is needed for the muscles in the penis to relax and allow blood flow. Maybe the disparity in people's response has to do with how tense their penis is. :) And that maybe that is just one factor affecting erections.

l-arginin works for many too and that too is to do with nitric oxide. I guess it’s better first trying it before giving viagra a chance.

Well as about thing with “spectrum”, people don’t get same blood flow to the dick depending on both outer and inner factors anyway. Well I don’t get it even when being horny vs horny as fuck and I bet taking viagra and getting horny would produce horny as fuck erection.
