Hey everyone,

I'll be travelling to Vancouver soon.
I'm interested in hearing about any recommendations people have.
General advice, places to visit, places to avoid, etc.

Please note that I DO NOT want any advice on sourcing, places to score, etcetera.
Such discussions do not belong on Bluelight and I am not looking to start one.

Looking forward to hearing your responses,
arrall

Downtown Eastside.....don't bother. Seriously. Do. Not. Bother.

Sunset Beach is beautiful af. Please avail yourself of that.

4/5 canadians live within 100 miles of the US border.

Vancouver, nice! I’ve never been; always wanted to go. I only went to Toronto - Unconditional Love was the name of the rave I was there for, and holy shit it did NOT disappoint.

Are you going for business or pleasure?

I heard that Vancouver right now is like Seattle was in the 90's whatever that might mean. Elliot Page is from there and it sounds like a cool place. Like real cool. Like the sun barely shines. But if it's anything like Seattle . . . I say go for it !!!!! 🪐🌊

I can't wait to hear about the trip. It will be a novel. A good one.

Vancouver, BC is one of the most dangerous cities in North America. It's a five-way tie between Kensington/Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Vancouver, San Francisco, and Chicago.

In 2022 according to the violent crime index - Vancouver was ranked #11 most dangerous in Canada for cities over 100k population.
