RC Legality In USA????

Hi everyone, So a friend of mine was wondering if rcs are still legal in the usa as of 2017? If so which ones are the best to try? He is currently considering ordering MXP or 1PLSD but is unsure if it is safe to have those delivered.
 
Hey best thing to do is search each RC for the laws in your state. There are many that are scheduled now (still readily available from China, who will happily ship them to you regardless) so be careful. Some States are different than others. So the safest way to go is to do a thorough search before you order, I know that RC's are still very active in the community so you shouldn't have a problem finding all the info you need. Laws regarding RC's vary state by state so you want to be careful not to order something that has been outlawed. Also, keep in mind we cannot advise you which is best and where to order from so I'm closing this.
