It's totally not not discriminant, also.

I wrote another post earlier, saying I'm not attracted to many girls... But I am. Many. It's just, I mostly find, I guess, being somewhat of a self-seeker, that the mad ones are the ones that I want. Still, I know that I probably need someone with a level, and rational/middle of the road-mind in there, as well, if I am to be with anyone, at all.

The dog bit was a throwaway comment meaning- you need to touch base with reality. Relationships (in their infancy) are very simple - not easy, simple. You said you needed someone who didn't try so hard. I think that's a sound judgement on your part.
