Yea I worked on the barges on the Misissipi River.It was hot as hell and very hard work.Well they would always tell us to drink water during the day and powerade/Gatorade at night because if we only drink water it would throw our electrolytes off and alot of people had flopped out in the past over only drinking water.hope this helps

Sorta, regardless ive armed myself with the salt shaker and yumd up some salt to go with the huge amounts of water ive been drinking alongside the amps,
