I wanna give up cold turkey to quetiapine 300 mg and sertraline 100 mg
If I can t fall asleep for a few days will I eventually fall asleep after 1 week?

After one week i think you'd fall asleep but deprivation of sleep is no good. Why not taper? Just curious. 300 is a high dose to turkey off of.

I was on 200 and had to taper off seroquel (quetiapine).
 
It is a different question than your first one so sending to MH can't hurt. Ill leave a redirect so NMI people find it too.

IIRC i took off 50mg each couple of days so maybe a week and a half. It really depends on how your unique chemistry handles it.
