I have been wondering about meth effects on the body can it make you cold even if where you are is warm and how long does the come down last and how do you get the stuff from the stem part out of the pipe so you can smoke it

Well the vasoconstrictive effect on the circulatory system can make your hands and feet cold while your core is hot, that's fairly normal. The comedown all depends on how much you do and the quality. A ballpark average might be 4-6 hours? Of course you'll still have an elevated heart rate and be a little wired like you just had coffee. That can last till you eat and get some sleep. A hot shower helps warm the extremities back up and can make you a little tired, or at least feel better.

Now there's many a technique for cleaning stems. A strange but sometimes very effective one is to put the pipe in the freezer for ten mins then lightly scrape and have it almost slide off. Others use rubbing alcohol then evap it all away to retain the resin. Some just get creative with the torch and use a small piece of rolled paper or cardboard to make an extension so they don't burn their lips. That's 3 out of about 300 methods.
