Question regarding legality of methydone

I live in Louisiana, and under the methylone Wikipedia page, it says the following about the legality of methylone in my state,

In January 2011, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal emergency scheduled 3,4-methylenedioxymethcathinone (methylone), 3,4-methyenedioxypyrovalerone (MDPV), 4-methylmethcathinone (mephedrone), 4-methoxymethcathinone (methedrone), 4-fluoromethcathinone (flephedrone), and 3-fluoromethcathinone (3-FMC).

What does this exactly mean regarding legality in my state? Would methylone me illegal to buy?

Like section813 said, it is a schedule 1 substance for the entire country. The emergency scheduling happened as it got popular and more incidents arose in the state of Louisiana, managing it to gain the attention of authorities.
