I'm a little confused here on one conversion. In the chart it says the Codeine 120 mg = Oxycodone 20 mg. I believe I read here someone saying that Oxycodone is 1.5 times stronger than Hydrocodone or Norco. Now I'm assuming that Hydrocodone/Norco IS codeine?

Here's my question. I'm using Oxycodone but was prescribed some Hydrocodone initially which I still have but hardly used. I'd like to use them up when I'm out of my Oxy and waiting for my next refill. The Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen is 5-325. I assume the Hydro is 5 mg and the Acetaminophen is 325mg. ( I'll remove the Acetaminophen with a water extraction) How much Hydrocodone would I take to equal 30 mg of Oxycodone??

I hope I made that clear enough.

30mg oxy= 45mg hydro codeine is not norco btw. codeine would be t3s or prometh/codeine syrup. norco is hydrocodone. so no hydrocodone/norco IS NOT codeine.
