Info Question Mark on profile?

Okay this isn't a big deal but it is slightly frustrating. On my profile there is a square question mark. I figured that is where the avatar went. I finally learned how to upload the avatar and it came out small and down below the list where Join Date etc are located and the question mark square is still there at the top.
 
it's not your avatar - it'd your profile picture and greenlighters can't have one. when you become a bluelighter (50 posts), you can upload one.
