question about gabapentin and severe immune reactions?

I'm sorry if this isn't the right place for this question; I'm aware that gabapentin has been known to cause some severe, rare immune reactions like SJS and DRESS syndrome, which I was concerned about when I first started taking it for my anxiety (since I seem to have every kind of bad reaction a person can have to things) but I never had any severe problem when I took it a few months ago. My question is; if a person were going to have a severe reaction like that, would they have it after taking it the first time, or can it happen at any point in taking it? Sorry that this is kinda all over the place, I'm pretty out of it right now. Thanks.

I've never heard of the gabapentinoids causing those reactions.

But, yes it can happen during the first time taking, after dose escalations, or pretty much anytime during treatment, but usually after the first month or two, the chances of it occurring drop dramatically.
