Question about cumulative tolerance.

I know that it takes about 2 weeks for tolerance to return to baseline however suppose that someone took 1 gram of mescaline one day which obviously would be a huge tolerance increase and 7 days later took 5mg of DOM and tripped but was not satisfied with the intensity (likely due to tolerance and or sensitivity to the drug) if the next week or 2 weeks after the 1 gram of mescaline and one week after the 5mg DOM that person took 10mg of DOM what kind of tolerance would he be facing? would the mescaline tolerance have dropped near to baseline and that person would just be facing tolerance build from the DOM or would the 5mg of DOM prevented the mescaline from returning to baseline in that two week period?

I'd think you might want to wait a few extra days to be safe. Phenethylamines tend to build longer term tolerance than trypts
