So i've taken 200mg of codeine a couple hours ago and I wanted to do a redose. Now I know that i have less of the enzyme required to process it into morhpine, however I also have quite a lot of promethazine on hand. Would taking promethazine help with converting it into morphine or does it only subjectively increase the effect?

I don’t know about promethazine helping to convert codeine to morphine but I do know that the promethazine helps the codeine work better.
I took codeine and promethazine for a long time for migraine headaches.
Up until I got injured in a bad car accident it worked very well.
Try to keep yourself from redosing too soon.
It has consequences.
Raises tolerance and then you have to suffer to get it back down.
Just enjoy where you are at.
