Question about ALD-52 and customs

I am in the US and was thinking about ordering some ALD-52. I am wondering exactly what happens if my shipment gets intercepted at customs for some odd reason. I know it is technically legal in a grey area, but just saying I'll probably be fine is not good enough for me.

I am pretty confident they would probably not go after someone for a few hits but i just can't afford any legal trouble like that.

Can anyone shed light on what would happen if the package were discovered?
