Quality of Aussie H

I have a mild opioid addiction, painkillers (codeine, tramadol and oxy) every day for the past 2 years. I recently got my hands on a nice skag rock, first time in a few years and it's nothing like I remember. Seems pretty weak, obviously with a tolerance build up it won't be the same but was expecting a little more. What's the gear like getting around Melbourne at the moment?
Have only been snorting or smoking (0.1-0.2 at a time) cause I'm a fucking terrible shot. Gives me a very mild buzz, similar to what 50mg of endone would give me.
