Tryptamines Psilocybin and Lurasidone

How long after taking my last dose of 40mg Lurasidone would i have to wait until i could trip on Blue Meanies? The half life of Lurasidone is 18 hours according to a few sources i saw. Also if there any possible interaction that can happen here besides Psilocybin just not working?

Any help would be appreciated

I've taken shrooms about 500 times in the past but the Lurasidone is new so i guess starting slow would be the right thing to do.

Also in the past the only shrooms i've had are Liberty Caps. From what i've read blue meanies are abit weaker. Any idea what a good starting dose would be?
