Pseudoephedrine in a cough medicine?

So I've got this OTC medicine to take because I am coming down with a running nose and soar throath.... This medicine that I just took contains 60mg pseudoephedrine and 400mg ibuprofen. It says adults should take it every 8 hrs.

I was wondering about pseudoephedrine , because I haven't tried that before.... Is this some sort of a precursor to meth? I donno if it's placebo or something, but I feel more focused now....

I also took 0.5mg Klonopin 1hr prior to that, are there any interactions there?

Ingredient in meth. Mild stimulant. And totally normal pills you buy at the pharmacy for a cold. It can make you slightly more focused I suppose. Fine to take with Klonopin
