Misc Propranolol detox dangerous?

For a while I was taking 20mg propranolol along with a good dose of hash daily for maby 4 weeks. It gave a sort of opiate like high with bradycardia.

Then one day when I didn't take either of them I started to feel VERY stimulated and my heartrate kept rising and rising undtill it reached about 160bpm. I got a violent panic attack that lasted 2 hours. Is Propranolol withdrawal dangerous?
 
Its not going to kill you, but beta-blockers like propranolol need to be tapered off of. If youre on them for a reason, you should most likely stay on them
